Refunds/Exchanges
In any other case, no refund or exchanges are entertained as all the products ordered by our customers and custom made and made from scratch. All relevant approvals and permissions are taken from the customers at every production milestone so as to ensure prompt and correct communication.
Cancellations
In case, a customer wants to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing the order, he/she can contact us at help@dabbafactory.com or at +91-9999276900 and our team will be happy to assist and provide with a full refund.
Pricing policy
The company reserves the right to communicate any changes in prices in light of any variations that are not visible on the pricing communicated through the website. In case of such communicated prices post the placing of an order, the customer has the right to cancel the order in case the price variation is not in line with what they expect.
